This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid offerings on the EPL website, such as sponsorships, support, or digital products. The EPL software itself is free and open-source under the Apache-2.0 license and is not a paid product.
1. Digital nature of offerings
Paid offerings are digital goods or services. Because benefits may be delivered immediately or on a recurring basis, refunds are handled as described below.
2. Refund window
If you believe a charge was made in error, or you are not satisfied with a paid product, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction by emailing us with your transaction details.
3. Eligibility
Refunds are generally available in the following cases:
Duplicate or accidental charges.
A paid product that was not delivered or could not be accessed.
A documented technical failure on our side that prevented use of the offering.
Voluntary sponsorships and donations are generally non-refundable once made, except in the error cases listed above.
4. How to request a refund
Email singhabneesh250@gmail.com with the email address used for payment, the transaction or order ID, the date, the amount, and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction.
5. Processing of refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the original processor (Razorpay or Lemon Squeezy). Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellations
Any recurring arrangement can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation prevents renewal but does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law.
